Combination of light gauge steel structure with lightweight concrete insulation

To speed up the way of construction and at the same time to build solid and durable buildings we created a new building system.

Light gauge steel frame building (metal building) with lightweight concrete insulation increases speed of construction at least in two times and save some money per each square meter.

The system was designed for the remote areas where there is no access for the heavy lifting equipment. It consists of:

- Light gauge steel frame panels

- Fiber cement boards

- Lightweight concrete infill in 25 kg paper bags

You can use this building system for the commercial, residential and industrial buildings. Possible to make building extension, partition wall with different thickness. Partition walls can be pre-assembled at factory or build directly on the construction site.
