Eco friendly lightweight concrete from ECOLIT

Dry mix in 25 paper bags for lightweight concrete production from ECOLIT
To achieve the best lightweight concrete quality, we have created new dry mix formula and production equipment for different types of application. ECOLIT building system represents three different mixers capacities:
- Small 200 liters machines for projects where you need to produce 1 – 2 cubic meters per hour and pump the lightweight concrete up not more than 10 meters;
- Medium 500 liters machines for projects where you need to produce 3 – 4 cubic meters per hour and pump the lightweight concrete up not more than 20 meters;
- Big scale machine 1000 liters if you need to produce approximately 40 cubic meters daily.
Cellular concrete ECOLIT can be used for different application purposes, such as: lightweight concrete floor screed, roof slab, blocks and wall panels production, walls infill for monolithic building construction.
Cellular concrete can be created in different densities. The most used density is 600 kg/m3 but it can be from 150 kg/m3 up to 1200 kg/m3.
ECOLIT lightweight concrete DRY MIX is supplied in 25kg paper bags should be mixed with water only in ECOLIT special mixer (foam generator).
ECOLIT lightweight concrete DRY MIX is three components pre-mix:
- Ordinary Portland Cement;
- ECOLIT modified components;
- ECOLIT FOAM generator liquid (EFG);
- ECOLIT steel protection additive.
The amount of water to be added is twenty-five to twenty-six (25 – 26) liters per fifty (50) kg of dry mix (i.e., approximately 50% by weight). Add ECOLIT lightweight concrete DRY MIX to water, turn the contents in five (5) minutes, add full to volume of the mixer premixed Ecolit Foam Generation liquid turn 60 – 90 sec. Mortar should be pumped into formwork within five (5) minutes. The formwork shall be leak-proof. ECOLIT lightweight concrete DRY MIX should be applied in accordance with ECOLIT METHOD OF INSTALLATION STATEMENT. Available in grey color. NOTICE: during operation at above 30 degrees of Celsius, an applied surface for the dry mix should ne moistened.
